Welcome to RepairYes. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and repair shop management software. By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” – The RepairYes software and platform.
  • “User” – Any individual or business accessing the Service.
  • “License” – A subscription granting access to the Service.
  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” – The owners and operators of RepairYes.

3. User Accounts

To use RepairYes, users must:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep login details confidential.
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Not share accounts with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. License & Subscription

When you purchase a license, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for the duration specified. License activation may require manual approval. Access to certain features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Free trial licenses may include restrictions and may be used only once per user.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • A refund is granted only if the Service has not been actively used.
  • Free licenses are not eligible for refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must NOT:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt to access restricted or unauthorized areas.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or copy the software.
  • Share access or resell accounts/licenses.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all repair records, customer information, inventory data, and business details stored in your account. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You may request data export at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable, continuous access to the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues may occur. Scheduled downtime will be communicated whenever possible.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate a user account if:

  • The user violates these Terms.
  • Payments are incomplete or fraudulent.
  • The license expires and is not renewed.
  • Suspicious activity is detected.

Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

RepairYes is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of business, income, or data.
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or data corruption.
  • Actions caused by third-party service providers (PayPal, hosting, etc.).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
